The aim is to target underprivileged kids around the neighboring areas to offer opportunities in learning and facilitating human development. A fixed time slot will be reserved so that they can engage themselves in spending constructive time at the Oratory. A team of efficiently trained personnel will be formed to carry out the task. Every child will be given personal attention as far as their academics are concerned. Programs and workshops will be organised to inculcate values especially of respect, discipline, and faith, and to get them familiar with one another and boost self-esteem. This will be done through facilitated group interactions to inculcate sharing each other’s ideas, improve interpersonal skills, instill in them a team spirit and a sense of respect for another. The kids will also be engaged in recreational activities thereby helping to scout talent and achieve desired success.
