The 3rd Edition of the Sonics All-Goa Under-17 Basketball League concluded in thrilling fashion with the crowning of its champions on Saturday, 8th November 2025.

Boys’ Champions: Don Bosco Oratory, Panjim

The tournament, which brought together some of Goa’s most talented young basketball players, witnessed weeks of intense competition, spirited performances, and memorable displays of teamwork and sportsmanship. From the opening matches to the league-cum- knockout finals, the excitement and energy on court never waned.

Don Bosco Oratory, Panjim, proved to be a dominant force throughout the competition. The team showcased remarkable consistency and determination, remaining unbeaten in every match, including the crucial knockout stages. Their disciplined defense, coordinated teamwork, and relentless drive led them to a well-deserved victory in the grand finale, where they triumphed over Don Bosco S.A. Fatorda to clinch the championship title.

This year’s tournament once again highlighted the passion, skill, and commitment of Don Bosco Oratory, Panjim’s budding athletes, and reaffirmed the growing popularity of basketball among the youth in Goa.
